521 Automation Engineering Services Limited was established in 1996. We offer service and maintenance on machine tools. We supply Heidenhain linear encoders, rotary encoders, digital readout systems and CNC systems.

We are now based at the same address in Blaydon as our partner company Hi-Tec Machine Services Limited. HI-TEC do CNC retrofitting and the manufacture of Safety Guards for Machine Tools.

There have been many different linear and rotary encoders manufactured over the last 40 years and naturally design improvements have led to changes in the construction and technical characteristics of encoder systems.

Heidenhain can often still supply spare parts for older systems and we can often repair and service older equipment and we are sometimes able to substitute newer parts onto older machines. Please call us for advice.
